For my project, I researched and interviewed staff at The Bridge Thrift Home & Restoration and created a full strategic plan to help increase community awareness, donations, and overall engagement. My final document included a situation analysis, campaign goals, target audiences, messaging strategies, media planning, tactics, a three-month event calendar, and a budget. The plan focuses on using storytelling, social media, and community events to clearly communicate the store’s mission and strengthen its connection to The Bridge Teen Center

For my paper, I focused on The Bridge Thrift Home & Restoration and analyzed a group message where my supervisor asked staff to spot errors on a sold tag. I applied Deviation-Reducing Feedback, Transformational Leadership, and Learning Organizations to show how this moment corrected behavior, encouraged learning, and reflected supportive leadership.
